Which is the more respected / recognised Project Management professional body in Perth – the PMI or the AIPM?

From what I know, it’s AIPM, but PMI is respected. But AIPM is more recognized, that’s because it’s specific to Australia and the Australian markets. The AIPM, however, does not offer anything but project management certification. It does not offer program management certification.
